SSI may collect: full name, phone number, gender, email, password, e-KTP photo, occupation, NPWP, and location.

You use the Online Trading services.
You fill out surveys or questionnaires during SSI events.
You contact customer service via email, social media, letter, messaging service, or in person.

Securities account opening.
Communication regarding services, accounts, or inquiries.
Compliance with Indonesian law and prevention of suspicious activities.

SSI processes data based on: explicit consent, contractual obligations, law enforcement, vital interests, public interest, and legitimate interests.

Customers may request data updates via telephone or email. If authorized, a power of attorney is required. Processing time is up to 3 business days.
